Due to our high client count and wide reach, we are unable to accommodate short-notice cancellations and ask that, you contact us at least 24 hours prior to our appointment to cancel or change the time of our visit.

SHORT-NOTICE CANCELLATIONS
To accommodate our clients fully, should a short notice cancellations or re-scheduling less than 24 hours before our visit we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to our call out rate.
We kindly ask you to respect our engineers and abide by the 24-hour policy to minimize the costs of our time and transportation. If we have ordered or acquired parts for your repairs and an agreement was made, we will require you to cover the costs of the parts and call out.
Out- Cards
At Newton Appliance Services we will contact the customer and agree the appointment. The appointment is always initially an All-Day call which is advised at time of booking. The customers will receive a confirmation text the evening before with a suitable timeslot. The diaries are planned by the engineers to ensure efficiency, following this should a customer not be at home at time of visit the engineer will attempt to call when on site. The engineer will wait a maximum of 15 minutes unless authorised by a manager, should then no visit take place we may charge for the call out or request the customer to pay a fee of £15 plus VAT to rebook the appointment.
